1. Introduction and Commitment

Procure for Impact Ltd ("PfI", "the company") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships, and to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chain. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights, and PfI has a zero-tolerance approach to it in all its forms.

Note on legal status. A formal modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is a legal requirement only for organisations with an annual turnover of £36 million or more. PfI is well below this threshold and is therefore not legally required to publish a statement. PfI makes this statement voluntarily, as a matter of good practice and to reflect its values as a public benefit consultancy.

2. Our Business

PfI is a procurement and social value advisory consultancy operating in the UK public sector. Its workforce consists of the Director, supported by a small network of associates engaged as independent businesses on a project-by-project basis. The company delivers advisory services and does not manufacture, import, or supply physical goods.

3. Our Risk

Given the nature of PfI's business (professional advisory services delivered by skilled individuals in the UK), the risk of modern slavery within its own operations is assessed as low. The company does not operate in high-risk sectors or geographies, does not use unskilled or agency labour, and does not have a complex or extended supply chain.

The company's supply chain consists principally of professional associates and standard business services (such as IT, cloud, and professional services), which are also assessed as low risk.

4. Our Approach

Proportionate to this low risk, PfI:

5. Supply Chain Awareness

PfI expects its associates and suppliers to share its commitment to preventing modern slavery. Where relevant, PfI will make suppliers aware of their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and expects them to comply with applicable legislation in their own operations and supply chains.

6. Responsibility and Review

Mark Johnson, Director, holds overall responsibility for this statement and for ensuring PfI's approach to preventing modern slavery remains appropriate.

This statement will be reviewed annually, or sooner following any significant change in the business.
